"Teal Pool"

9x12
oil on
panel

I spent five days at the Hood River paint out and the above plein air painting
was one of many I completed through the incredible stay. The above image
was
done on Mt Adams and at this one place there were so many waterfalls
it was
hard to settle down and paint just one. The color in this pool was
just amazing.

I always look forward to this event every year. It is five days of just flat out painting
from
early morning to late evening. What a great time of learning, sharing and fun.

What a beautiful painting!! Love everything about it, the drawing of the rocks, the color, the atmosphere.
